When ON, only accounts on the allowlist get surveyed — everyone else is fully blocked (no popup, nothing saved). Turn OFF when you're ready to survey all customers.
Choose which customers get surveyed. Enable/Disable turns surveying on or off per customer. Add/Remove pilot manages the pilot allowlist. Filter by segment, tick the rows you want, then apply.

Where happy customers are sent to leave a public review (Gartner is admins only), plus the default wait between surveys. Per-account settings override these.
